- FSWP (Federal Skilled Worker Program): Increased from 6 to 7 months.
- PNP (Provincial Nominee Program):
- Express Entry linked – unchanged at 8 months.
- Base PNP – increased from 19 to 20 months.
- AIP (Atlantic Immigration Program): Increased from 12 to 13 months.
Family Sponsorship
- Spouse/Common-Law inside Canada (SLCPC, outside Quebec): 34 → 36 months.

- Family Class outside Quebec: 11 → 13 months.
- Family Class inside Quebec: 37 → 41 months.
Visitor Visas
- India: 28 → 58 days (sharp increase).

- Philippines: 33 → 20 days (improved).
- USA: 21 → 23 days (slight increase).
- Inside Canada: 18 → 14 days (improved).
